Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your WoolyLady purchases. WoolyLady products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Merchandise must be in original sales condition with kits unopened and fabric uncut.

Due to copyright law, we are unable to accept the return of patterns or books (with the exception of a kit being returned and including a pattern).

Please include your name, address, email address and phone number with all returns or exchanges and mail your return to: WoolyLady, PO Box 3395 Grand Junction CO 81501.
