Customer Shipping

In stock items usually ship within 3 business days. The exception to this is if we are vending and out of the studio. In those cases, we will contact you and inform you of your orders expected shipping date.

We ship most orders via the UPS. If you would like to arrange a different manner of shipping, please contact us at the studio directly.

Shipping charges are based upon the value of your order and the delivery location:

• Orders shipping within the United States valued at less than $25.00 will be charged $7.95
• Orders shipping within the United States valued in excess of $25.00 will be charged $9.95
• Orders shipping to Canada valued at less than $25.00 will be charged $12.95. We will impose a 10 percent Customs Clearance Fee on every order, which will be added to your shipping fee. If your Clearance (duties, charges, fees) is less than 10 percent of your order value, we will refund the difference.
• Orders shipping to Canada valued in excess of $25.00 will be charged $19.95. We will impose a 10 percent Customs Clearance Fee on every order, which will be added to your shipping fee. If your Clearance (duties, charges, fees) is less than 10 percent of your order value, we will refund the difference.
• Orders to all other countries valued at less than $25.00 will be charged $15.95. We may impose appropriate Customs Fees in order to help clear your parcel quicker and cheaper than bulk Brokers.
• Orders to all other countries valued in excess of $25.00 will be charged $26.95. We may impose appropriate Customs Fees in order to help clear your parcel quicker and cheaper than bulk Brokers.

Wholesale Shipping

In stock items usually ship within 5 business days. The exception to this is if we are vending or out of the studio. In those cases, we will contact you and inform you of your order's expected shipping date.

We ship orders via FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service.

Shipping charges are based upon the value of your order and the delivery location.

Within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories)

• Orders up to $50 will be charged $9.95 shipping.
• Orders from $51 to $399 will be charged $19.95 shipping.
• Orders over $400 will be shipped free of charge.
• Auto-Ship Program orders currently being shipping free of charge will continue receiving that benefit.

Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii

• Orders up to $300 will be charged $35.95 shipping.
• Orders over $301 will be charged $50.95 shipping.

Orders to other countries will be charged the same rate as Canada, Alaska and Hawaii plus the actual cost difference. We will call you to discuss the additional charges.
