Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your WoolyLady purchases. WoolyLady products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Merchandise must be in original sales condition with kits unopened and fabric uncut. Please call or email us to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization. Due to US Postal Service Security Changes effective January 2023, no returns can be accepted without an RMA Number.

Under US and International Copyright Law, we are unable to accept the return of patterns or books (with the exception of a kit being returned and including a pattern).

Please include your name, address, email address and phone number with all returns or exchanges and mail your return to: WoolyLady, P.O. Box 760, Fruita, CO 81521.
